The Physics Institute’s alumni prize has been awarded to Friedler Lindel for his master’s thesis “Probing the quantum vacuum using nonlinear crystals: a macroscopic quantum electrodynamics perstective” supervised by Stefan Buhmann (University of Freiburg, now University of Kassel)
